Jailbreak tutorial for iOS 8.0 - iOS 8.1.2

This tutorial is for Jailbreak of iOS 8.0 - iOS 8.1.2, Supporting device: iPhone 4s to iPhone 6 plus, iPad mini / mini2/ mini3, iPod Touch 5.
This tutorial is divided into two phase. Mentioned below.

Note : If OTA device failed in process, please download the latest firmware and flash it, then  continue to jailbreak.

Phase 1-
1. Confirm that your iOS version is 8.0 or above upto 8.1.2. Check version via settings - General - About - Version.

2.Please backup all your important data before jailbreak your device.

3. Before Jailbreak, please make sure turned off passcode and "Find My iPhone" function. Or Jailbreak will fail.

a. Turn off passcode via: Settings - Passcode - Turn Passcode Off
b. Turn off "Find my iPhone" via: Settings - iCloud - Find My iPhone - Click to turn off

If you have done all of the above things, please proceed to jailbreak.

Phase 2-
Download and open TaiG Jailbreak tool for iOS8 - iOS 8.1.2, click "Start" button, and program will run and do whole process automatically, do not need any other operation. During Jailbreak, please keep device connected stable to pc and wait till process completed.

After Jailbreak, device will restart. Open your device, Cydia will be there on your device, and untether jailbreak is finish.

How to install Cydia on iDevices with iOS 7.1 / 7.1.1 / 7.1.2

Supporting iDevice to install Cydia with Pangu.

iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPad Air, iPad Mini with retina, iPad Mini, iPad 4, iPad 3, iPad 2 and iPod touch 5.

iOS versions 7.1.2, 7.1.1 and 7.1.

Important things before start the Pangu jailbreak process.

·         First backup all your iDevice’s data (i.e. images, contacts, notes and all personal files). It saves the data. When you were unsuccessful.

·         Backup will avoid the data deleting risk. So, highly recommend to get the backup of the iDevice.

·         To install it needs latest version of iTunes. If you haven’t please update it using following link.

·         Latest iTunes download.

·         It needs minimum Windows XP computer or higher OS of Windows to run the Pangu 1.0 / 1.1 exe file.

·         You should connect your iDevice with the PC via USB cable.

·         This is the most important thing you should do before start the jailbreak process with Pangu. Read several times following guide.

·         You should do the step 4 correctly, while running the jailbreak process. It avoid installing Chinese mal ware on your jailbroken iDevice.

Step guide or Install Cydia for iOS 7.1.X with Pangu as untethered Windows.

Step 01. Plug your iDevice with the PC.

Step 02. Download the Pangu Windows version with following link. Here is the Pangu download info site. You can download the Pangu version here.

Step 03. Run as administrator, the downloaded exe file of Pangu 1.1.

Step 04. Now you can start the process with clicking the jailbreak button.

Step 05. Pangu needs to set the Date and time as June2, 2014. Therefore, it will send you Settings — > General — > Date & Time automatically. You just have to set the date only.

Step 06. It will automatically start the jailbreak process now, after complete the date setting.

Step 07. Go and see your iDevice’s home screen. It is available Pangu icon now. Run it.

Step 08. Wait nearly 15 minutes, until complete the jailbreak process, without doing anything.

Step 09. After over the jailbreak process successfully, you will be given message as “enjoy your new jailbreak message”. It says you have completed the installing Cydia for iOS 7.1.X now.
